Floy'S Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    7 1/2 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water and 2 teaspoons sugar together and let stand 1 hour.
    Cream 1/2 cup sugar, Crisco, egg and salt until light.
    Add yeast mixture and 2 cups warm water.
    Add flour to make not too stiff dough.
    Let raise until double.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
    Place in pan and let raise until double.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
