Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small squash (approximately 2 lb.)
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook pared squash and onion together in enough water to cover for 8 to 15 minutes.
    When tender, drain and mash.
    Add all other ingredients and mix together.
    Bake in a buttered casserole dish for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
