Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage, browned and drained
    6 slices bread, crusts removed
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut into cubes.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish. Spread sausage, then the cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour over casserole and chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares to serve.
