Mexican Quickie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 small jar Pace picante sauce
1 small can sliced black olives
2 cans chili beans
1 small onion, chopped
4 c. rice, cooked
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook ground meat and drain.
Add chopped onions and cook until clear.
Add picante sauce, chili beans, water and black olives and heat until hot.
Serve over rice.
This is great with green salad and steamed tortillas.
Serves 6 to 8.
