Apache Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- 2 lb. round loaf of sourdough bread or 2- 1 lb. loaves
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    2- 4 oz. cans mild green chiles
    1/2 - 3/4 lb. sliced ham, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except for bread.
    Hollow out each loaf.
    Spoon filling into bread bowl.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Serve with crackers or more bread for dipping.
