Pasatelli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs (dried Italian bread)
1 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. grated cheese (Romano or Asiago)
2 eggs
dash of salt
dash of allspice
Preparation

Mix all together well.
If mixture is sticky, add more bread crumbs.
Put through meat grinder and break into 2 or 3-inch lengths.
Boil in 1 quart chicken broth.
