Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain or bread flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    1/3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    lard (the size of an egg)
    1 c. cold water or a little more
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together. Let rise in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Roll out and let rise about 2 1/2 hours. Don't work too much flour into them. Kind of sticky when putting on board. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
