Rich Crescent Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
5 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and butter.
Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large warm bowl.
Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved.
Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth.
Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover with cloth.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
