Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (do not overcook).
    Cook and coarsely grate potatoes.
    Melt butter and add cheese.
    Stir in sour cream. Combine everything and pour in greased casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
