Chicken Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced onions
1 c. chopped celery (with leaves)
2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. diced uncooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves minced garlic
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced carrots
1 can golden tomato soup with mushrooms
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium high heat until hot.
Add onions, celery, green pepper, garlic and carrots.
Saute until crisp-tender.
Add tomato soup with mushrooms.
Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken.
Put in slow cooker and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Serve over cooked rice sprinkled with parsley.
