Chicken Alla Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1 egg, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
    flour (for coating chicken)
    bread crumbs (for coating chicken)
    3 large slices Mozzarella cheese, cut in half
    4 to 5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated (approximately)
    Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour, then in egg/milk mixture and then in bread crumbs. Fry in a little bit of oil, browning lightly on both sides. Drain on paper towels and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. When chicken is done, place 1 to 2 tablespoons Nepolitana Sauce on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of sauce, then slice of Mozzarella (which should cover chicken piece) and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put under broiler just long enough to melt cheese. Serve.
