Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7-oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. low-calorie thousand island dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well, chill. Makes 4 servings of about 190 calories each.
