Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes
    enough milk to make creamy
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes; drain well.
    Cream with hand mixer, adding enough milk to make creamy.
    Continue mixing, adding cream cheese, sour cream, butter, onion salt, salt and pepper.
    Pour into ovenproof dish.
    Top with Sauteed Mushrooms.
    Add paprika as topping.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
