Potato Soup With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
    1 qt. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onion, salt and bouillon cube in boiling water until potatoes are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a simmer.
    Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
