Many Way Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese, cream of celery or mushroom, golden mushroom, tomato or vegetable soup
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into 16 meatballs.
    In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat.
    Stir in soup, water and parsley.
    Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
