French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, white or Italian
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat well.
    Dip bread into mixture, one at a time.
    Pan-fry in butter or oleo on both sides until golden brown.
    Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top of slices.
