Brown Sugar Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Preparation

Cook sugar and water to soft ball stage (236\u00b0).
Gradually add to beaten egg whites, beating until mixture forms peaks.
Will frost top and sides of 2 (8-inch) layers.
