Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked grits
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook grits in 4 cups salted water.
    Add other ingredients until butter melts.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Add jalapenos if desired.
