Ham Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil raisins and water 5 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients and add to raisins and water.
Continue cooking on medium heat until thickened.
Add vinegar.
Stir well.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Serve hot on ham.
