Betty'S Eggs Ole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter (to grease pan)
3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 doz. eggs
16 oz. sour cream
salt
pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 12-inch baking dish with butter.
Line bottom of dish with chiles.
Slice cheese into medium size pieces and place on chiles.
In bowl, beat eggs and sour cream until well blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over chiles and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve immediately.
