Mexicali Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    4 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place oats and seasonings in blender or food processor and blend.
    Coat chicken with oat mixture.
    Place on rack in pan.
    Brush chicken with margarine.
    Bake 40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
