Yum Yum Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (rounded) crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 boxes pistachio instant pudding (or flavor of your choice)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine crackers, sugar and margarine.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat milk and pudding together; stir in ice cream.
    Pour over crumbs and refrigerate.
    Spread whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired (pistachios, pecans or walnuts).
