Mock Meat Balls Iii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Hi Ho cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of ground sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into one-inch balls.
    Saute in small amount of oil.
    Can be used for dipping or spaghetti.
