Dilled Sour Cream And Cucumber - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers, sliced
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tomato, cut in sixths
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, dill weed, salt, pepper, sugar, red wine vinegar, parsley, onions and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Turn the mixture into a serving dish.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley.
