Parmesan Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. half and half
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in double boiler pan.
Cook very slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until all is melted. Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.
Serve with French bread, cut into little squares.
Just enjoy.
