Fettuccine Rene - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fettuccine pasta
2 shallots, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Preparation

Cook fettuccine and drain.
In saucepan, saute shallots in butter, stir in chicken broth and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and gradually stir in cream.
Add pasta, sour cream, Parmesan and chives; toss and serve.
