Mexican Red Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped jalapenos
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (28 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute in oil the onions and garlic until soft.
    Add mashed tomatoes and paste, pepper and seasonings.
    Heat to boil.
    Simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
    Serve with chips.
    Hot!
