Pots De Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk (regular or nonfat)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In blender, add eggs, milk and condensed milk.
    Blend very well.
    Take sugar, put in saucepan over medium heat; caramelize sugar and pour into Pyrex custard cups.
    This will harden rapidly. Pour blended ingredients into custard cups.
    Set custard cups into a heatproof dish; add water up to 1/2 of custard cups.
    Cover with aluminum.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until knife inserted comes clean.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, loosen edges with knife and invert onto dessert plate.
