Sesame-Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1 tsp. grated ginger
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
4 pieces (4 oz.) skinned chicken or turkey breast halves
green onion strips (optional)
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thick, using a rolling pin or meat mallet.
Use cooking spray and coat grill.
Place chicken on grill over medium hot coals.
Cook 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
Garnish with green onion.
