Boiled Ham Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    picnic or ham hock
    6 small carrots
    6 small turnips, cut in quarters
    6 small onions
    6 small potatoes, peeled
    1 small head cabbage
Preparation
    Simmer a picnic or ham hock with a lot of ham left on it; add no salt.
    Add the carrots, turnips, onions and potatoes.
    Cook until vegetables are done.
