Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 link smoked sausage
    1 1/2 c. white rice (not Minute rice)
    3 c. broth from chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    2 cloves garlic and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 3 to 4 cups water with some chopped onion and celery added.
    Save broth.
    Debone chicken.
    In large skillet, brown sausage.
    Add chopped vegetables and rice in sausage and drippings.
    Add 3 cups chicken broth.
    Add spices.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done (about 40 minutes).
    Add chicken midway. Serves 6.
