Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round (may substitute chicken or turkey)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper and garlic to taste
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    8 flour tortillas
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour plus 1 Tbsp.
    3 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 c. hot water
    1 can chopped, drained green chiles
    8 oz. sour cream (may use nonfat sour cream)
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour.
    Set aside.
    Mix 3 cubes chicken bouillon into 2 cups of hot water.
    Pour into the flour and margarine for sauce.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Stir in the can of green chiles and sour cream.
    Pour over top of the tortillas. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
