Butter Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
yellow paste food coloring
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
Add a small amount of food coloring and mix until blended.
Press mixture into mint molds or roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
