Chicken With Red Pepper-Bulgaria(Pille S Cherven Piper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pound chicken
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    2 cloves
    2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces, Saut for 5-6 minutes in butter.
    Add onions and saut.
    Add tomato sauce and flour stir well.
    Add wine and simmer for 5-6 more minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
    Serves 4-6.
