Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook rice in chicken broth if you have it.
Cook broccoli according to directions.
Saute onion and celery in margarine. Add cheese and melt.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
