Brad'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling or other topping (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Set aside 1 cup cake mix.
Mix remainder of cake mix, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of oil and press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan for the crust.
