Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers (1 pkg.)
1 stick oleo, melted
2 sticks oleo (cold)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas, sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple
maraschino cherries (optional)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and 1 stick melted butter and press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs, powdered sugar and 2 sticks of margarine for 15 minutes.
Spread this mixture over graham crackers; slice 4 bananas over this.
Cover with 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained), 1 large Cool Whip, cherries and nuts. Refrigerate.
