Grandmother'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can jalapeno peppers
    1 large chopped onion
    1 qt. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    2 lb. grated Velveeta
Preparation
    Remove stems and seeds from peppers.
    Finely chop onion. Blend onion and peppers in blender with a small amount of mayonnaise.
    Then put everything into a mixer and mix until creamy.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Best made several days before using to let ingredients blend.
