Italian Beans Parmesan(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional)
    1 can original style stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers (optional)
    16 oz. can sliced new potatoes, drained
    16 oz. can Italian green beans, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pan or spray pan with oil.
    Saute onion and pepper until soft.
    Add potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook over high heat until slightly thickened.
    Add beans and heat through.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
