Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 qt. milk
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, egg and cornstarch together in bowl. Cook rice according to package.
Add milk and raisins and bring to full boil, stirring constantly throughout, following steps. Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Add bowl of remaining ingredients.
Bring to full boil again.
Stir for 10 minutes. Refrigerate.
