Baked Savory Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of lemon
6 tsp brown sugar
1 c catsup
1 c water
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c brown sugar
Preparation

In a deep baking dish, place chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper on each chop. Place a slice of lemon and 1 tsp of brown sugar. Mix the other ingredients together and pour around the chops until they are covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.
