Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Pour into individual ovenproof baking cups or into 1 small casserole dish.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until done.
