Cottage Cheese Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1 Tbsp. diced pimentos
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
2 Tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes and dice, chill. Combine all remaining ingredients; toss with chilled potatoes. Refrigerate. Will be good for several days.
