Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Fill the bottom of an unbaked pie crust with chopped rhubarb.
Pour the egg mixture over the rhubarb.
Cover with pie crust crumbs mixed with sugar and cinnamon.
