Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. margarine
    1 oz. flour
    2 tsp. yellow mustard
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    15 oz. 1% milk
    1 1/2 lb. grated cheese (reduced fat)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour, mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add egg and cook 3 minutes. Serve on toast. Sprinkle with paprika. Yield: 10 servings.
