Ingredients

1 lb. dried apricots
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. peach chutney or marmalade
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Boil dried apricots 1 minute.
Drain on paper towel.
Mix cream cheese, onion and chutney or marmalade until well blended.
Fill apricot halves.
Dip in nuts.
