Pesto Sauce With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
    1 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1/4 c. half and half cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
    1/2 pt. pure whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine garlic, basil, pine nuts, half and half and salt in blender.
    Blend at low speed until ingredients are chopped fine and form a paste.
    Gradually blend in olive oil alternately with cheese, blending until well mixed.
    Gradually add whipping cream, stirring until well mixed.
    Use as sauce for pasta.
    Good on ravioli or on sliced boiled potatoes.
    (A little on the firm side, not sliced too thin.)
