Beef Lombardi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck and onion; drain.
    Put next 6 ingredients in blender and mix.
    Then add to ground chuck and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles and drain.
    Stir together noodles and sour cream. Spray 13 x 9 dish.
    Layer noodle mixture in bottom.
    Top with meat mixture.
    Top with cheeses.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
