Ingredients

2 c. 1% low-fat milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Slowly heat 1 1/2 cups of the milk, stirring in the brown sugar and salt.
Mix the cornstarch with the remaining milk and add it to the hot milk.
Continue stirring until mixture is thick. Stir in vanilla and spoon into small pudding dishes.
Serves 4.
