Fiesta Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (white)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add onions, celery and pepper; saute until tender.
    Stir in the next 7 ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until rice is done.
